Alexandria Minto graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In 2019, Ms. Minto joined the Tri-State Insurance Adjusters team as the Director of Marketing & Business Development to offer a fresh perspective on digital marketing and business growth strategies. Ms. Minto assisted in marketing liaison with the firm’s clientele and the maintenance of solid-ongoing relationships with partners and clients. She implemented business development programs & creates new marketing strategies targeted to the firms clientele.

In 2020, Ms. Minto received her Florida All Lines Adjuster license and joined forces with her father, Edward in launching the first division of Tri-State Insurance Adjusters; Paradise Independent Adjusters, LLC. As Vice President of PIA, Ms. Minto has built the foundation of the company by implementing a new branding strategy focused on enhancing our client-centric approach using technological advancements. With her progressive mindset combined with her innovative intelligence, Ms. Minto is on the road to cultivating Paradise into the future of insurance adjusting.
